Week 4-The Making of Your Laptop

A laptop is a personal computer designed for mobile use and small and light enough to sit on one's lap while in use. A laptop integrates most of the typical components of a desktop computer, including a display, a keyboard, a pointing device, speakers, and often including a battery, into a single small light unit. Carrying a laptop means having instant access to various information, personal and work files. This immediacy allows better collaboration between coworkers or students, as a laptop can be flipped open to present a problem or a solution anytime, anywhere.

Since my invention requires me to communicate with corporations and individuals, a laptop can be a useful asset. Also if my product gets approved and produced, having a laptop with all my client's information can be helpful for me to swiftly send information from one client to another. The idea that laptops also have webcams can allow me to have web conferences which gives me a more personal meeting instead of one over the phone.

Since the invention of the laptop, many jobs have been made easier because of the portability factor. The idea that a laptop allows you to have information wherever you go saves more time and effort. Also you are connected online in various locations, which allows for individuals to stay connected with others.
